Sales and Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in the signage and commercial graphics sector. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets. Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Client Management: Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company's processes. Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the companys products and services. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's market presence. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Maintain accurate and up -to -date records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the signage and commercial graphics industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing significant deals. Strong understanding of outdoor and indoor signage solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Skills and Attributes: Strategic thinker with strong problem -solving skills. Self -motivated, goal -oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to thrive in a fast -paced, dynamic environment.
