About the Role

We are looking for a UX Designer who is passionate about understanding users, solving real-world problems, and designing intuitive digital experiences. This role combines product research, user interaction, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and documentation. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate insights into elegant, user-centric designs.

Key Responsibilities1. User Research & Insights

  • Conduct product research, user interviews, contextual inquiries, and field studies with end users.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, empathy maps, and use-case scenarios.
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback through surveys, usability testing, A/B tests, and observation.
  • Analyze findings and convert them into actionable insights for product improvements.

2. UX Design & Prototyping

  • Create wireframes, user flows, information architecture diagrams, and high/mid-fidelity prototypes.
  • Design cross-platform experiences (Web + Mobile).
  • Collaborate with UI designers to ensure consistency in visual style, components, and design system.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.

3. Collaboration & Implementation Support

  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and define UX direction.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility, smooth handover, and pixel-perfect execution.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and product reviews.

4. User Testing & Continuous Improvement

  • Plan and conduct usability tests, prototype walkthroughs, and field validations.
  • Document findings and share clear recommendations with the product team.
  • Continuously refine user experience based on real-world usage patterns and analytics data.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed UX documentation, including research findings, feedback logs, and design decisions.
  • Prepare user experience reports, usability test summaries, and insight dashboards.
  • Create clear design specifications and handoff files for developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, FigJam, etc.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, user behavior, and usability standards.
  • Experience conducting end-user interviews, usability studies, and UX audits.
  • Ability to create clean, intuitive, user-centered designs.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, Agile environments.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience designing for healthcare, IoT, mobile apps, enterprise dashboards, or AI-driven products.
  • Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
