About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Help Desk Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and digital workplace technologies. This role involves managing and supporting collaboration platforms that drive productivity, connectivity, and security across the organization.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, implementing system improvements, and ensuring a seamless digital experience for all users. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering reliable IT support in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365 applications and services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, etc.).

Manage Atlassian Cloud tools (Jira, Confluence) to support cross-functional collaboration.

Support and maintain identity & access management systems (PingID, MFA, Azure AD).

Configure and manage VPN and endpoint security tools such as Palo Alto Prisma Cloud and Sophos Central.

Handle incident management, user requests, and escalation tickets with clear communication and timely resolution.

Participate in change management processes, ensuring accurate documentation and risk assessment.

Oversee and monitor collaboration tools like Slack for performance, availability, and integration with Microsoft services.

Work closely with the IT Security team to maintain compliance, governance, and data protection standards.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, FAQs, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8-12 years of experience in Help Desk, IT Support, or System Administration roles.

Proven hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 administration.

Microsoft 365 Administrator Associate Certification (Modern Desktop, Messaging, Teams, Identity & Access, or Security).

Experience managing VPNs and endpoint solutions (Palo Alto Prisma Cloud, Sophos Central).

Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and collaboration platforms like Slack.

Strong understanding of IT security principles, identity management, and multi-factor authentication systems.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fully remote environment.
