About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales Representative to lead our national B2B sales efforts in the domain of product design, development, and electronics manufacturing services (EMS). This is a strategic role aimed at expanding our client base across India, working closely with product teams, and closing long-term development partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage B2B prospects across industries (OEMs, startups, automation, medtech, etc.)
Pitch our custom electronics design, prototyping, and EMS capabilities
Develop and manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closure
Build and nurture strong client relationships for recurring business
Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs
Represent Geatpec at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
Meet sales KPIs and generate regular pipeline/revenue reports
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in electronics or product engineering
Strong understanding of embedded systems, IoT, hardware design, or EMS
Proven ability to sell complex technical solutions to decision-makers
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with strong organizational and networking abilities
Willing to travel across India as required
