Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Chitradurga/Tumkur/Bellari. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team, developing business strategies, and building strong relationships with merchants. Key tasks include monitoring sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, implementing effective sales techniques, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Driving operational efficiency and providing market insights are also expected responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Proficiency in Team Management, including leadership and performance monitoring
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strategic Planning and Analytical Skills to drive business growth
  • Knowledge of the fintech industry and familiarity with UPI-based payment systems is an advantage
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Relevant experience in managing sales in a regional or area capacity is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
