Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced AS400 Developer with a strong background in RPG and SYNON technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy AS400 applications.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, scalability, and security.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 4 years of strong experience in AS400 development.

- Hands-on expertise in RPG, IL CLE, and RPGLE technologies.

- Mandatory experience in SYNON profiles without SYNON experience will not be considered.

- Exposure to RX Claim will be an added advantage.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Good to Have :

- Experience working in fast-paced, agile development environments.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
