ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are hiring Operations Interns under two categories: Esports Operations and Management Operations. Interns will contribute directly to day-to-day tasks, support operational workflows, maintain communication structures, and assist the team in managing activities across the gaming and esports ecosystem. Responsibilities will be assignment-based depending on the category selected.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

General (Applicable to All Interns):

  • Execute assigned tasks responsibly and within timelines.
  • Maintain structured communication with team leads.
  • Support operational workflows and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams as required.
  • Follow organizational guidelines and keep processes organized.

Esports Operations:

  • Assist in managing esports-related tasks and community interactions.
  • Coordinate with players, underdogs, creators, and esports teams.
  • Support hosting and handling online events, scrims, and esports activities.
  • Help manage communication channels, team updates, and basic operations.

Management Operations:

  • Support general operational tasks such as follow-ups, coordination, and communication.
  • Assist in community-based activities, event workflows, and engagement tasks.
  • Arrange and support meetings with creators, players, staff, and relevant individuals.
  • Manage small execution tasks assigned by founders or department leads.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong sense of responsibility and task management.
  • Clear and professional communication (English or Hindi).
  • Basic understanding of gaming or esports is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and follow structured workflows.
  • Interest in operations, management, or esports activities.
