Key Accountabilities

1. Review and understand Application Support Process and Implementation of it.

2. Co-Ordinate with different vendor and partners for nearly 100% Uptime.

3. Review and Manage SLA for Support Tickets and Governance with Vendor/Partner on Support Delivery

4. Support core application i.e Terminal Operating System along with Non-Core applications too.

5. Cyber Compliance of all Production Application – Alignment with BU Cyber Team and Group Cyber Team

6. Coordinate with IT Infrastructure and database associates for system availability

7. Manage Support Resources across Sites and Co-ordinate with local Site IT Heads

8. Schedule and Plan activities with dependencies - POA (Point/Plan of action with each vendor and business)

9. High Level Reports and Documentation – UAT Support – Release Management – Application Life Management
