Job Description:
  • Coordinate logistics: Efficiently plan, schedule, and dispatch deliveries of all project materials, furniture, and decor to job sites according to project timelines.
  • Communicate with teams: Act as a liaison between designers, project managers, and installation crews, relaying important delivery information, instructions, and updates.
  • Manage vendors and suppliers: Coordinate with vendors and freight carriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries and resolve any logistics-related issues.
  • Track shipments: Monitor and track the status of all incoming and outgoing shipments, from procurement to final delivery, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
  • Inventory management: Maintain accurate records of inventory and track the movement of goods, performing regular stock checks and audits.
  • Problem-solving: Address and resolve unexpected delays, delivery issues, or damaged goods that may arise during transit.
  • Documentation and reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including dispatch logs, purchase orders, packing lists, and delivery receipts.
  • Client communication: Communicate with clients regarding delivery schedules, special handling requests, and any changes to the project timeline.
