Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, pleasant, and customer-focused Showroom Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers visiting the Banerjee Tata Showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional attitude.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
• Assist walk-in customers by coordinating with the sales team.
• Manage visitor records, appointments, and follow-up schedules.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as maintaining attendance registers, courier logs, and call records.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth showroom operations.
• Provide information about vehicles, offers, and services when required.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries courteously and promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
• Experience: 1–3 years in a similar front desk/reception role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.).
• Well-groomed and confident demeanor.
