Position: India Sales Head Location: Bangalore/Mumbai
About Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned India Sales Head to spearhead our clients sales growth in lndia, with a strong focus on expanding into the GCC market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IT industry, a proven track record of closing large, complex deals, and the ability to lead by example, actively driving strategic sales initiatives. This role demands a leader who can develop high−impact strategies, foster business growth, and deliver results in a fast−paced, competitive environment

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead and drive sales growth, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets in the lndia market,Large Deal Ownership: Take direct responsibility for leading and closing large, complex deals with GCCs, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the lndia & GCC market, identifying key opportunities and potential clients.Client Relationships: Build and sustain strong relationships with C−level executives and senior decision−makers in Global Capability Centers to position the company as a strategic partner.Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high−performing sales team while personally handling critical large deal negotiations.

Collaboration: Work cross−functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs and organizational goals.Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and insights to the leadership team.Market lnsight: Keep abreast of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape within the Global Capability Centers ecosystem to adjust sales tactics accordingly. Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience: 15+ years of experience in lT sales, with a focus on selling to Global Capability Centres at lndiaLarge Deal Expertise: Proven track record of closing large, multi−million−dollar dealsIndustry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the lT services industry, specifically how Global Capability Centres operate and their technology needs.Sales Skills: Exceptional ability to lead complex negotiations, deliver compelling presentations, and navigate enterprise sales cycles.Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a sales team while maintaining personal responsibility for key deals.Travel: Willingness to travel across lndia and globally, as required, to engage with clients and pursue sales opportunities.
