Job Title: Senior Engineer - Civil & Construction Engineering

• Foundation Works: Supervise and monitor all WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) foundation activities as per the defined project schedule, ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.
• Bar Bending Schedule: Prepare, review, and finalize the Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) in line with approved drawings.
• Structural & Quality Control: Oversee structural works and ensure strict compliance with quality control procedures.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution of assigned civil works.
• Civil Infrastructure: Supervise all site activities related to civil works, including: Switchyard foundations, Access pathways, Cranepad construction.
• Technical Review: Review and interpret technical reports, such as hydrology studies, to guide site execution.
• QA/QC Implementation: Ensure the implementation of all QA/QC procedures, quality control plans, and work instructions at the site.
• Concrete Quality Monitoring: Oversee concrete production and placement, ensuring compliance with approved mix designs.
• Field Quality Inspections: Conduct inspections for all civil and structural works to verify compliance with specifications.
• Material Testing: Supervise cube tests and other material quality tests, ensuring the results meet project requirements.

• Education: B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

• Experience: 5–12 years of experience in WTG installation and project construction

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Earth

  •  Internal QA/QC

  • Planning and forecasting

  • Vendor Management

  • HSE knowledge and compliance
