Roles and responsibilities- Pre-Sales Executive · Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, translating them into comprehensive technical solutions. · Develop detailed technical documentation, including solution blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications · Work closely with the sales team to support the pre-sales process, including proposal creation, solution presentations, and demonstrations. · Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and presentations to effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions. · Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to gather technical insights and ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities. · Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions and market trends to contribute to product enhancement and development · Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, guiding them through the decision-making process and helping them understand how our solutions can address their specific needs. Desired Profile: · Minimum 6 years of IT industry experience, with a strong background as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical leadership role in Retail domain/Lifesciences domain · Deep understanding of Retail Application ecosystem and data sets/Lifesciences Application ecosystem and data sets · Proven track record in technical pre-sales, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. · Deep expertise in solution architecture, including designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for complex business challenges. · Strong understanding of multiple technology domains, including but not limited to cloud computing, data & analytics, integrations, and application development. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams. · Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to design innovative solutions. · Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; Master's degree preferred. · Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) · Understand Business Problem, identify process gaps and build business case for the pursuit · Extend pursuit specific market intelligence/competitive intelligence to the team Responsible for creating, tracking and controlling pitch documentation for submission and specific review checkpoints Responsible for product positioning, evaluating customers requirements and offering custom configured demonstrations for better value propositioning. To progress sales opportunities alongside the sales team or account management teams Drive technical demonstrations and Proof of Concepts Engaging technical partnership management including integration POC's and technical discussions Attend onsite meetings with customers and prospects to support the sales team Ensure quality outputs of documentation & information at every point of the sales process Act as a trusted advisor during the sales process Identify key differentiators strategies versus market competitors Answer Request For Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI/PQQ) Create Sales Proposals and Sales Presentations Guide the Sales team in creating pricing documentation Facilitate and drive performance management processe
