· Generate qualified leads through market research, industry networking, and cold calling.
· Promote and sell industrial plots to manufacturing units, warehousing companies, logistics operators, SMEs, and corporate clients.
· Understand client requirements such as plot size, infrastructure needs, connectivity, and regulatory compliance.
· Prepare and present project proposals, layout plans, pricing, and commercial offers to clients.
· Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients to showcase project facilities and advantages.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial associations, consultants, and government agencies.
· Negotiate and close sales transactions ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
· Maintain sales records, CRM updates, and regular reporting of lead status and conversion ratios.
· Collaborate with legal and documentation teams for agreement preparation and registration.
· Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and industrial policy developments.
