Job Description:

Divinelane is looking for a responsible and energetic Astro Coordinator to manage and support our team of astrologers. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between astrologers and clients, maintain daily schedules, and assist in managing astrologers' activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate astrologers' schedules and daily availability.
• Maintain records of astrologers' performance, attendance, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team if any astrologer is not attending client sessions on time.
• Manage astrologers' workflow and support them with session-related tasks.
• Resolve basic operational issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Ensure smooth functioning of astrology operations and maintain professionalism.

Required Skills:

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Good command of English and Hindi (spoken & written).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduation required .

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in coordination, team management, or astrology-related work.
• Experience in Managing Astrologers or Spiritual Consultants will be an added advantage.
