Soft Skill Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver

training programs that enhance students'/employees' communication, interpersonal, and

professional skills. The trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive sessions,

workshops, and activities to prepare learners for academic, professional, and workplace

success. Both freshers with a passion for training and experienced trainers are welcome

to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver engaging training sessions on:

• Communication skills (verbal & written)

• Interpersonal skills and teamwork

• Presentation and public speaking skills

• Professional etiquette & grooming

• Time management, problem-solving, and leadership

• Interview skills and workplace readiness

• Conduct role plays, group discussions, and interactive activities to enhance

learning outcomes.

• Assess learners' strengths and areas of improvement through feedback, tests,

and performance evaluations.

• Customize training modules based on the needs of students/employees.

• Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance records.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills and employability training.

• Collaborate with academic/HR teams to align training with

institutional/organizational goals.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Arts, Commerce, Business, HR, Psychology, or related

field.

Certification in Soft Skills / Personality Development / Train the Trainer (preferred but

not mandatory).

Experience
:

1–3 years of prior training/industry experience preferred.

Skills Required:

• Excellent command over English and one regional language (as applicable).

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.

• Ability to engage learners through interactive teaching methods.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for content delivery.

• Empathy, patience, and adaptability to different learner needs.
