Job Overview
Spoors
is looking for an
Account Manager
focused on
driving business growth
by nurturing existing client relationships, identifying
up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This position requires a
strategic thinker
who can balance
customer satisfaction with revenue objectives
, while collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Account Strategy & Expansion
: Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts by positioning the full suite of solutions.
· Account Mining & Expansion
: Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.
· Strategic Customer Engagement
: Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering solutions that enhance their business outcomes.
· Process & Reporting
: Establish structured CRM processes for tracking account performance, ensuring visibility, and maintaining accurate revenue forecasting.
· Renewals & Negotiations
: Lead contract renewals and negotiations, balancing customer satisfaction with revenue targets.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client expectations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
· Project Oversight & Execution
: Oversee project implementation, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery in line with SLAs and business objectives.
· Quality Assurance & Issue Resolution
: Monitor service performance metrics, resolve escalations, and proactively mitigate risks impacting customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably in SaaS, IT product, or technology-driven industries.
· Proven ability to grow and retain accounts, with a strong track record in revenue expansion.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience in managing service delivery and project execution, ensuring high client satisfaction.
· Proven success in scaling account revenue and driving key SaaS metrics (MRR growth, retention).
· Passion for technology and its ability to drive customer outcomes.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing delivery outcomes.
