Job Description:Seeking a senior sales & marketing executive to drive project division growth by leading strategic sales and marketing key government, semi-government, and private sector relationships.Responsibilities:> Identify, pursue and close large-scale project opportunities (Rs 50 lakhs - Rs 5+ crores) Develop technical proposals, reports and quotations.Conduct market research and competitive intelligence.Build and maintain relationships with govt departments, water authorities, electricity boards, and consulting engineers.Collaborate with technical teams on PVC conduits and HDPE pipe solutions.Attend industry conferences, bids, and tendering processes.Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline.Candidates with sales experience of 3 years and above in PVC manufacturing industry will have preference.Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office.Regional language fluency is a plus.Benefits:> Salary - Rs 25000 to Rs 30000 per month (TA/DA extra)> Performance based rewardsWork location - All over KERALA.Job Type - PermanentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid time offWork Location: In person
