Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and update listings, inquiries, and communication on online business portals such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.
- Conduct tele-calling for provided leads/data to generate business opportunities and maintain client follow-ups.
- Fetch, verify, and organize data as per the guidance and requirements of the reporting manager.
- Perform data entry, documentation, and record management accurately and timely.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports for management review.
- Support the sales and marketing teams with backend coordination and lead tracking.
- Handle email correspondence, quotation preparation, and basic client communication when required.
- Maintain proper filing of digital and physical documents for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and data accuracy.
- Knowledge or prior experience with GEM (Government e-Marketplace) portal will be an added advantage.
Key Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently
- Familiarity with online B2B portals (like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, GEM)
