Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for a Chef de Partie – Bakery & Pastry, located in Hyderabad. In this role, you will oversee the preparation and presentation of bakery and pastry items with a focus on quality and consistency. Daily responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, supervising junior staff, and ensuring adherence to recipes and kitchen standards. You will collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes, enhance menu offerings, and deliver a premium guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in baking techniques, pastry preparation, and specialty desserts
- Experience in recipe development, portion control, and food presentation
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, kitchen operations, and time-sensitive tasks
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and adherence to hygiene standards
- Effective team leadership and ability to supervise and train junior staff
- A passion for creativity in culinary arts and staying updated with baking and pastry trends
- Formal culinary training in bakery and pastry arts, with prior experience in a similar role
