As ASM, Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of top-tier client accounts with responsibility for retention and growth. Ensure clients derive maximum value from our services. Work closely with clients to identify needs and be their Single Point of Contact (SPOC). Identify new opportunities from existing accounts. Ensure a deep understanding of clients' merchandise needs and deliver the right solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points.
  • Drive client retention and satisfaction
  • Manage customer activity with the Salesforce CRM for maximum efficiency and visibility
  • Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
  • Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
  • Encourage good customer service practices
  • Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand
  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • 0-3 years experience
  • English Proficiency in speaking and writing
  • Intuitive to customer's needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • A background in customer service or sales is a plus
  • Must understand customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
  • Ability to work well with others and lead a team
  • Knowledge of basic excel
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage several jobs at one time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
