Key responsibilities

• Staff Management: Supervise, train, and support barista staff, create schedules, and ensure proper shift coverage.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and resolve complaints while ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and monitor the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Financial Management: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and monitor sales and other financial aspects of the store.
• Beverage and Food Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate current processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications and skills

• Proven experience as a barista, with a strong knowledge of coffee and brewing methods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 per month
