About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer (FSO) to design, configure, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions leveraging the ServiceNow App Engine with a focus on Financial Services Operations (FSO) modules.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, deep understanding of FSO data models, and strong integration experience with external financial systems such as Fiserv, DocuSign, and Verafin.

This role demands a combination of technical proficiency, problem-solving capability, and a keen eye for quality and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

ServiceNow Application Development :

- Design, develop, and configure applications and workflows within ServiceNow App Engine, specifically tailored to Financial Services Operations use cases.

FSO Automation and Workflows :

- Implement and optimize automated workflows for address change automation, wire processing, and cash management using Flow Designer and FSO data models.

Integration Development :

- Build and manage REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party financial systems such as Fiserv, DocuSign, and Verafin, ensuring secure and seamless data exchange.

Configuration and Scripting :

- Utilize JavaScript, Glide scripting, and IntegrationHub for advanced customizations, business rules, and flow orchestration across modules.

Quality and Code Management :

- Collaborate with architects and QA engineers to ensure delivery of high-quality, testable, and maintainable code following ServiceNow best practices.

Agile Delivery :

- Actively participate in scrum ceremonies, sprint reviews, and demos to present deliverables and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Documentation & Maintenance :

- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and maintain configuration records for long-term sustainability.

Required Skills & Experience :

to 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.

- Expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and IntegrationHub.

- Prior working experience with FSO (Financial Services Operations) or banking and payments modules preferred.

- Strong understanding of API integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).

- Exposure to data modeling, ACLs, and MID Server configuration.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, including update sets, code migration, and platform performance optimization.

- Experience in Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, or ITOM.

- Exposure to UI Builder, Service Portal, or Now Experience Framework.

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with core banking systems, KYC/AML platforms, or document signing solutions.

- Understanding of financial domain processes such as wire transfers, fraud checks, and compliance workflows.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- ServiceNow certifications preferred :

- Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- FSO Fundamentals or related specialization (preferred)
