Cardiology Tutor

Qualifications

• Education: A degree or diploma in Cardiac Care Technology or a related subject, with higher qualifications potentially preferred.
• Experience: Should have minimum 2-3 Years experience as Cardiology Tutor.

Key Responsibilities

• Educating Students: Developing and delivering courses on cardiovascular topics, including anatomy, physiology, and pathology, and updating curriculum to reflect advancements in the field.
• Practical Training: Providing hands-on training on cardiac diagnostic equipment like ECG, Echo, Holter monitors, and TMT machines. This also involves supervising lab sessions and clinical rotations, and training students on procedures like patient preparation and vital sign monitoring.
• Assessment and Support: Evaluating student performance through various methods and mentoring them for career development and certification exams.
• Equipment Instruction: Teaching students the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cardiology equipment.
• Collaboration and Development: Working with other faculty to integrate cardiology education and pursuing continuous professional development to stay current in the field.
