Technical Sales and support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement and Requirement Gathering: Engage with potential customers, build relationships, and collate required data.
- Lead Analysis & Qualification – Organizing incoming leads, conducting first-level qualification, and prioritization.
- Data & Technical Pre-Work – Preparing draft solution sizing and populating preliminary inputs into Payback models.
- Proposal Support – Assisting in creating structured proposals and presentations.
- Pipeline Management – Updating CRM/trackers and generating MIS reports.
- Internal Coordination – Following up with stakeholders / sales teams for pending items and ensuring smooth information flow.
Skills and Experience Required:
o Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering (preferable Electrical, Electronics etc.) or related field.
o Proven experience in business development, sales, and project management in the energy storage, Switchgear (LT & HT), renewable energy sector and power instruments.
o Strong technical understanding of battery types (LFP, lithium-ion), Power Conditioning Systems (PCS), Energy Management Systems (EMS) & SCADA.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Hands-on with basics of MS excel and MS PowerPoint.
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
