Job Description

Job Roles:

Customer identification.
Client Acquisition
Client follow-up
Client retention and renewal
Grievance Handling
Lead generation
Reporting on daily, weekly & monthly basis to the concerned managers via CRM software.
Manage Client Relationship
Business development.
