Responsibilities:

  • Lead program scoping with architecture, engineering, and senior leaders.
  • Participate in all Agile ceremonies including the daily SCRUM.
  • Define Data Warehouse modernization strategy.
  • Establish an end-to-end migration approach.
  • Partner as a technical liaison between customers and engineering teams.
  • Communicate schedules, dependencies, issues, and risks across teams and to stakeholders.
  • Maintain a quarterly view of defined, prioritized, and scoped work.
  • Creatively develop plans to mitigate any issues that affect the project deliverables.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms, software development and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Big Data (Spark, Hadoop) and Cloud GCP.
  • Knowledge of any of these skills - Shell scripting / Java/ Spring Boot/ Rest APIs, GCP, Pub/Sub, Airflow, Data Proc, Big Query, Python, Apache Beam Jobs, Java Spark.
  • Experience with Hadoop migration projects.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools to manage workflows and monitor project progress.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, engineering, or computer science or equivalent experience.
