Role & responsibilities

  • Interacting with various agencies primarily for execution and monitoring.
  • Monitor, analyze & get the required update/changes done on the website.
  • Monitor, verify and analyze keywords and strategy being used for SEO & SEM.
  • Coordinating and executing emailer & SMS campaigns.
  • LMS campaign setup, testing and deployment.
  • Social Media Content execution, monitoring and analysis.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Campaign Spends monitoring
  • Updating and monitoring all digital assets of the company
  • Maintaining business location listing
  • Monitoring illegitimate usage of our brand keywords
  • Online Reputation Management (ORM)
  • Experience in managing digital advertising agency /managing media and clients.
  • Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Graduate with minimum of 4 - 10years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills .
  • Real Estate experience preferred.
