About the Role:
Join a dynamic team at the forefront of digital transformation in healthcare. The Sr Associate of Cross-Channel Engagement Operations is responsible for the execution, governance, and optimization of content marketing processes. This role ensures that content operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. The Sr Associate will oversee workflows, resource planning, content deployment, and performance tracking to drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Contributing to Strategic Initiatives:
- Content Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end content workflow from intake to deployment, ensuring streamlined processes, data flow management, and operational efficiency. Direct the content needs to the appropriate internal partner (GCC).
- Campaign Execution: Document business requirements and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute content marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Technology & Tools: Manage content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM) platforms, and workflow automation tools.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal use of resources, balancing creative demands with operational capabilities.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external partners to support content distribution.
- Governance & Compliance: Maintain content governance policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and brand consistency.
- Performance & Reporting: Establish key performance metrics for content operations, leveraging data to improve workflows and content efficiencies.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance content supply chain efficiency, reducing bottlenecks and increasing agility.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in content operations, marketing project management, or digital content delivery.
- Expertise in marketing technology, workflow automation, data management, and content distribution platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of omnichannel campaign planning, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare sector experience.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
- Understanding of architectures, APIs, and performance optimization.
