Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced Marathi Political Content Writer (Lead) who can create impactful, persuasive, and audience-centric political content. The ideal candidate should have strong command over Marathi language, excellent storytelling skills, and a deep understanding of Maharashtra's political landscape, voter psychology, and digital communication trends.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Lead the Marathi content team and oversee end-to-end content creation.
  • Write political speeches, social media posts, scripts, jingles, slogans, and campaign messaging.
  • Create long-form and short-form content for political campaigns, rallies, videos, and digital media.
  • Coordinate closely with the strategy and creative team to develop narrative-driven content.
  • Ensure content tone aligns with candidate's persona, party ideology, and voter sentiment.
  • Conduct research on political issues, competitors, public opinions, and trending news.
  • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and originality across all communication.
  • Manage deadlines during high-pressure campaign periods.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

  • Native-level proficiency in Marathi writing and communication.
  • Prior experience in political content writing is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Maharashtra politics, culture, and regional nuances.
  • Ability to write persuasive, punchy, and emotional campaign content.
  • Creative storytelling with the ability to simplify complex political topics.
  • Experience working with digital campaigns, social media, and political strategy teams.
  • Leadership skills to manage writers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:-

  • Experience in election campaigns or political consulting firms.
  • Ability to ideate scripts for reels, videos, and influencer collaborations.
  • Understanding of analytics, audience targeting, and voter behavior.
