Role Description

This is an on-site role based in Bihar for a Co-Founder, Finance and Strategy position. The Co-Founder will oversee financial planning, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and develop long-term financial strategies. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and formulating business strategies. The role also involves overseeing financial reporting, managing investment activities, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in scaling the company and driving financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory compliance
• Skills in market analysis, strategic planning, and business development
• Proficiency in investment management and risk assessment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience in the FMCG sector or with international markets is a plus
