Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Service Associate, located in New Delhi. The associate will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, managing client inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Daily tasks include promoting services, addressing customer needs, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating smooth operations with a customer-first approach. The associate will collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and address their needs.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or client relations with a proven ability to meet targets and build relationships.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple customer interactions and maintain accurate records efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of Vedic rituals and cultural traditions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms or similar systems to manage customer information and inquiries effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in New Delhi.
