In this role, you will collaborate across teams to develop engaging content that educates, inspires, and converts audiences across digital channels. You will play a key role in shaping how the brand communicates its value, drives awareness, and nurtures customer interest through thoughtful storytelling and data-informed content decisions. Key Responsibilities Content Development & Execution Create high-quality content across formats including blogs, social posts, email campaigns, landing pages, case studies, and digital assets. Support campaign development and execution in partnership with marketing and sales teams. Build structured messaging frameworks and narratives that clearly communicate product value and differentiation. Brand & Communication Management Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across all communication touchpoints. Evolve messaging guidelines based on audience insights and industry positioning. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with design, performance marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with campaign goals and business priorities. Translate complex ideas into clear, audience-friendly communication. Insights & Performance Optimization Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools to measure reach, engagement, and ROI. Use data-driven insights to refine messaging, improve campaign effectiveness, and optimize content strategy. Ownership & Delivery Excellence Manage content calendars, workflow priorities, and timely delivery of projects. Champion experimentation with new content formats, channels, and creative ideas.
Ideal Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content production, communications, or related fields. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling ability. Strong understanding of social platforms, digital marketing trends, and content analytics. Proactive, creative, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end. Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, growing environment. Experience in furniture, interiors, construction, or design domains is a plus.
Preferred Skills Strong research and creative concept development capabilities. Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content performance metrics. Ability to adapt tone and messaging for diverse audiences and channels.
