About the Role:- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and insights, and developing actionable recommendations to support our product development and strategy. About team 1) Sound Box Hardware issue FFR Ladder from MHD Funnel (Defect Wise, Aging Wise, Model wise) 2) SB Performance portfolio Dashboard (BSR, Latency) : Daily/Weekly/Monthly 3) Refurb At Hub & Refurb Centre Data Analysis (Defect at RC, Part Replacement , Part warranty etc) 4) New Devices Closely Monitoring thru Data analysis (BSR, Latency, MHD Data etc) 5) Specific Improved lot devices monitoring thru data analysis (BSR, Latency, MHD Data etc) 6)To generate reports which support in monitoring  device health , battery health , SW version and number of devices live in field , BSR , FFR data   7) Tracking device health related matrix :BSR , Latency , Battery backup details for New launch & refurbished products on weekly , monthly , Quarterly basis  Responsibilities 1) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements. 2) Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely collection, transformation, and analysis of data 3) Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders 3) Identify patterns and trends in data, and provide recommendations to improve product performance, adoption, user experience and business outcomes 4) Work with the product team to design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of product changes 5) Develop and implement statistical models to support forecasting, predictive analytics, and optimization 6) Help define and monitor key performance indicators for commerce products 7) Identify opportunities for data-driven innovation and contribute to the development of new product features and capabilities. 8) Data points for Monitoring Device Life Cycle Measurement : impacting Field deployment : Sim card related issues , charging issuing -> Cable , Battery charging / discharging issues. 9)Battery capacity and performance monitoring : Model Wise , region wise and Operator Wise . 10) Issues / faculty components / complaints observed for field launched devices : Battery , Speaker , Newark latching , Merchant onboarding  11) Model  wise Devices running on old sw version , need FOTA and getting FOTA pushed batch wise  12 )To generate reports which support in monitoring  device health , battery health , SW version and number of devices live in field , BSR , FFR data   13) Tracking device health related matrix :BSR , Latency , Battery backup details for New launch & refurbished products on weekly , monthly , Quarterly basis  14) Data points for Monitoring Device Life Cycle Measurement : impacting Field deployment : Sim card related issues , charging issuing -> Cable , Battery charging / discharging issues. 15) Battery capacity and performance monitoring : Model Wise , region wise and Operator Wise  on a weekly basis . 16) Issues / faculty components / complaints observed for field launched devices : Battery , Speaker , Newark latching , Merchant onboarding  17) Model Wise Devices running on old sw version , need FOTA and getting FOTA pushed batch wise  Qualifications: 1.⁠ ⁠Must have advance SQL experience. 2.⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of Python. 3.⁠ ⁠Working experience on Google Looker or another visualization tool. 4.⁠ ⁠Should have worked on automation projects related to data integration, extraction, and visualization. 5.⁠ ⁠Should have advanced excel knowledge. 6.⁠ ⁠Should have built management reports, MIS and dashboards Experience in VBA. 7.⁠ ⁠Analytics and critical thinking is important 8.⁠ ⁠Good to have worked on Looker Studio for visualization Skills that will help you succeed in this role: 1.⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2.⁠ ⁠2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, preferably in the financial services or technology industry. 3.⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into technical requirements. 5.⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 6.⁠ ⁠Experience in market research and analysis is a plus Why join us :  We aim at bringing half a billion Indians into the mainstream economy, and everyone working here is striving to achieve that goal.
