Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Engineering role located in Baddi. The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing technical processes, designing and testing products, maintaining production efficiency, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Key responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with industry standards, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing systems for better performance. The role requires hands-on involvement in production activities and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Proficiency in designing, testing, and implementing operational systems and processes.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to ensure seamless production and system optimization.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field is required.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards in the electrical/electronic manufacturing domain is an advantage.
