Role & responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to convert leads into sales
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services to existing clients
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads and prospects to increase conversion rates
- Stay informed about current product offerings, promotions, and market trends
- Manage customer objections and confidently close deals
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes, policies, and ethical standards
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum: High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Prior experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably within a call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proficient in CRM tools and basic computer operations
- Able to handle target-driven environments and manage pressure effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required
