As an Sr. Associate Global Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Support environmental data collection across Novo Nordisk PSQIT. Assist PSQIT Sustainability - Analytics and Reporting (A&R) during quarterly, annual reporting and test runs. Provide support to A&R during audits and design reviews.
• Collect, prepare, and format data in the environmental reporting system as per reporting standards. Manually enter monthly environmental data from SVP area LMT.
• Collect data and update energy and water forecasts for all CVP areas. Monthly update and control of Power BI dashboards for all SVP areas.
• Set up dashboards for environmental metrics and controls. Handle ad hoc data extraction queries from PSQIT management, LoB, CFA, Circular for Zero etc.
• Set up dashboards for environmental metrics for new SoFi users. Collaborate with A&R on reporting planning - SoFi calendar, energy and water forecast, audit timelines etc.
• Maintain and communicate SoFi calendar. Conduct ad hoc SoFi reporting trainings and updates. Update SoFi reporting guides, manual & management presentation deck.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in a national or global business environment.
• Experienced in corporate annual sustainability reporting. Solid understanding of the corporate sustainability area.
• Proficiency in Power BI and data visualisation tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Commercial & Corporate Affairs Global Business Services (CCA GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Senior Vice President (SVP) and Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas, including Global Public Affairs and Sustainability (GPAS), Patient Access, Marketing, Commercial Planning and Content hub.
