Job Title: Telesales Executive (Hospitality / Automobile Segment)

Location: Aam Bagh, Mehrauli, New Delhi

Experience Required: 2-7 years

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential leads, understanding their requirements, and converting them into successful clients for our hospitality or automobile segment.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with leads to promote our products/services in the hospitality or automobile segment.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate product or service information.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Maintain and update the lead database on a daily basis.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team for meetings or product demonstrations, if required.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of telesales / inside sales experience, preferably in hospitality or automobile sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet expectations.
  • For male candidates, a two-wheeler and valid driving license is mandatory (for occasional field lead meetings).
  • Should be confident, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
