About the Role

We are seeking a skilled
AI/ML Developer
with hands-on experience in
Generative AI
and
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
. The ideal candidate will design, build, and deploy advanced AI/ML models and GenAI solutions that drive innovation and intelligence across business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy
  machine learning and deep learning models
  on
  GCP (Vertex AI, AI Platform, BigQuery ML)
• Develop and fine-tune
  Generative AI models
  using
  LLMs (GPT, Gemini, LLaMA, etc.)
• Build and optimize
  RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  or
  LLM-powered applications
  using frameworks like
  LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face
• Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines and ensure data quality
• Integrate AI solutions into production systems using APIs and containerized microservices (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Work with cross-functional teams to define use cases, model requirements, and deliver business value through AI
• Implement
  MLOps
  practices for versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD of ML models

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in
  Machine Learning / AI development
• Strong programming skills in
  Python
  (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Proven experience with
  Generative AI
  ,
  LLM fine-tuning
  , and
  prompt engineering
• Solid experience with
  Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage)
• Experience deploying models in production and building scalable ML pipelines
• Understanding of
  APIs, MLOps, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Nice to Have

• Experience with
  LangChain

• Exposure to
