We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Manager to lead our content team. The role demands strong expertise in both long-form content (blogs, whitepapers, thought leadership) and short-form storytelling (social media and digital campaigns). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, has contributed to award-winning campaigns, and can shape narratives that drive brand success.
Lead and manage the content team, including in-house writers and freelancers.
Develop high-quality long-form content (blogs, whitepapers, POVs, LinkedIn posts for CXOs and brands).
Drive short-form content creation for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms.
Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and strategists for integrated campaigns.
Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and campaign goals.
Monitor content performance and optimize based on data and insights.
Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and award opportunities.
Train, mentor, and upskill the team to maintain high creative standards.
Demonstrated experience in award-winning campaigns.
Expertise in long-form content strategy and short-form copywriting.
Proven experience managing and mentoring content teams within an agency setup.
Strong storytelling, editing, and brand voice development skills.
