The selected candidate will oversee the entire production process from seeding to harvest in the vegetable and flower nurseries, as well as the growing of vegetables in the hybrid polyhouses.

The selected candidate will have to ensure that the quality standards are met.

The selected candidate will manage production of the grafted vegetables and flowers.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate is expected to have an in depth knowledge and work experience of vegetable and flower nursery operations.

Candidate should be able to trouble shoot or seek advice from industry peers whenever there is an issue with production or with quality

Candidate should have good industry linkages and should be able to update himself on prevailing market conditions
