Position Overview

Plus UAE is seeking a dynamic Business Development & Sales In-charge to lead growth initiatives, expand market presence, and drive sales performance across our core service lines: Business Setup, ADNOC Registration, Outsourced PRO Services, and Representation Services.

This role blends sales leadership, strategic planning, analytical research, and market development to support business growth across the UAE and GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

A. Business Development & Strategy

  • Identify and evaluate new scopes, service lines, and opportunities aligned with UAE/GCC market trends.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new services and emerging sectors.
  • Develop market-entry strategies in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Marine, Industrial, Medical, Education, Hospitality, and Retail.
  • Build strong business pipelines and convert leads into revenue.

B. Competitor Analysis

  • Analyze competitor offerings, pricing, service delivery, and client acquisition trends.
  • Identify industry gaps and position Plus UAE with strong value propositions.
  • Recommend improvements to support market leadership.

C. Market Research

  • Conduct sector-wise and region-wise market research.
  • Study UAE government requirements, regulations, and upcoming business opportunities.
  • Track trends in business setup, corporate services, PRO solutions, and representation services.

D. Research & Development (R&D)

  • Propose add-on services and complementary solutions.
  • Research demand for compliance services, vendor registrations, tender support, and representation models.
  • Evaluate partnerships, channel collaborations, and outsourcing opportunities.

E. Sales Leadership

  • Own sales targets and ensure monthly revenue achievements.
  • Guide and monitor Sales Teams (Team Nova, Team Vega, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate proposals, documentation, and client onboarding.
  • Improve conversion rates through structured sales processes and relationship management.

F. Coordination with Marketing

  • Collaborate with Marketing for campaigns, promotions, and digital outreach.
  • Provide insights to assist in brochures, content, and marketing communication.
  • Support targeted outreach strategies based on research findings.

G. Client Relationship & Support

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Ensure excellent communication and zero complaints.
  • Support client servicing, project management, and retention activities.

H. Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain CRM updates, lead status reports, competitor analysis, and weekly performance sheets.
  • Submit monthly sales and business development reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales (service industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of UAE corporate services, government procedures, and PRO operations (advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Malayalam mandatory; Hindi/Arabic an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, research, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently with high accountability.
