Product Senior Associate, SAP Integration

The purpose of this role is to work closely with the Product Expert, SAP Integration and support external service providers as well as the Zoetis ITS infrastructure, functional and integration teams to assist in design, implement, and sustain systems and solutions to support the global Animal Health business.

* Experience with IBM Sterling Integrator (SI), Sterling File Gateway (SFG), and Sterling Secure Proxy (SSP) administration on Linux Server.

* Has knowledge of EDI Migrations, EDI Onboarding, and EDI Support.

* Good functional understanding of EDI X12 transactions such as 850, 855, 860, 865, 810, 997, 820, 824, 834, 835, 837 etc.

* Experience in EDI ANSI X12/EDIFACT Standards.

* Strong knowledge and experience with encryption software PGP and transmission protocols (HTTPS, SFTP and FTPS).

* Generate, implement, and deploy the OData service using Gateway HUB Model

* Should have good knowledge on communication protocols like FTP/SFTP, AS2, GXS VAN etc

* Good knowledge on Business Process with different Services (BPML) and Adapters.

* Familiar with different types of business process as per the client requirements by using different types of services, adapters like FTP PUT & FTP GET, MAILBOX ADD SERVICE & EXTRACT BEGIN SERVICE.

* Participate the day-to-day operations of the core SaaS applications such as SAP BTP, SAP IBP

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

* Interacting with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that technical solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.

* Work with implementation partners who may be responsible for deploying, configuring, or maintaining integrated solutions within the client's IT landscape.

* Coordinate with developers and other members of the development team to implement technical system solutions, share knowledge, and address technical challenges.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education:**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technical, System Administration, IT Infrastructure Managements or Business field

Experience:
* 5+ relevant years of experience with IBM Sterling Integrator (SI)

* 2+ Years' Experience in Sterling Integrator Platform Operations

* Must have prior experience working in a systems integration role Thorough understanding of computer infrastructure and operations, including cloud-based solutions.

* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in an unstructured environment.

* Excellent customer relationship management skills

* Experience in life sciences / pharmaceuticals industry preferred.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
* Good understanding of architecture, message formats and communication protocols.

* Experience with AS2 certificates with HTTP and HTTPS.

* Experience with on-boarding SFTP partners

* Experience in Implementing the trading partner profiles for the SI Applications, both Inbound and Outbound flows.

* Familiar with the ticketing tools like JIRA, Service Now.

* Provide support to all EDI production processes.

* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data integrity or transmission errors.

* Excellent communication skill and ability to manage expectations, project scope and assess client needs to suggest best possible solutions.

* Having Knowledge of UNIX scripting would be an advantage.

* Should have good understanding and should be able to setup end-to-end integration flows.

* Should have good analytical Skills to understand the requirement better and should be able to work independently with client and partner.

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Regular working hours are from 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST. (ICC Second Shift)

Sometimes, more overlap with the EST Time zone is required during production go-live.
