Applicant will report to Manager – Communications and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed. JOB RESPONSIBILITYLead the design, development, and implementation of DevOps and Containerization services across multiple cloud platforms Research, analyze and propose DevOps management tools and best practice workflows Design, build, and maintain automated deployment CI/CD pipelines that are scalable, efficient, and highly available across multiple cloud environments Define the provisioning and management of cloud resources, including virtual machines, containers, and storage, to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. IaaC (Infrastructure as a Service) Participate in the development of the overall DevOps strategy and roadmap for the organization Ensure that the cloud infrastructure and services meet all security and compliance requirements, and lead the response to any security incidents Identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to implement new tools and technologies to increase efficiency and reduce downtime Work with members of the CCoE team to identify and implement new tools and technologies that can improve the general efficiency and effectiveness of DevOps operations Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team, and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard Collaborate with other teams across the organization to understand their development requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to support the ongoing development of the team Participate in community development workshops and act as technical guidance reference for software engineering and tool/platform usage Act as evangelist of DevSecOps practice at Bombardier, deliver presentation and training to various audience (technical and non-technical). Proficient in working with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including expertise in networking, security, and automation. Deep understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. Proficient in scripting languages including Python, Bash, and PowerShell. Familiarity with modern development and deployment tools and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues in cloud environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities, with experience guiding junior team members. Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and applying new technologies to solve business challenges. QUALIFICATIONBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.IT, data communications, telecommunications, computer science, or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or Azure Administrator EXPERIENCEMinimum of 10 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 5 years in DevOps or Cloud Engineering. Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex CI/CD services across multiple cloud platforms. Strong hands-on experience with the software development lifecycle and automation tools for CI/CD pipeline development.
