Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MongoDB, , , and , with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries using

  • Implement RESTful APIs using and
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers to enhance user experience.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain best development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in MERN Stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Hands-on experience with (hooks, state management, component lifecycle).
  • Solid knowledge of and
  • Experience working with MongoDB including Mongoose/Odin ORM.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
  • Basic understanding of deployment tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku, etc.) is a plus.
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Preferred (Optional) Skills

  • Experience with Redux or other state management tools.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
