Role Description

We are seeking a Gold Loan Officer for a full-time, on-site position located in Bhubaneswar. The role involves supporting customers with gold loan services, assessing the value of gold articles, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer records, achieving loan disbursement targets, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. The Gold Loan Officer will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities to grow the customer base and promoting the bank's financial products.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of financial products and processes, including loan evaluation and disbursement.
  • Strong communication, customer relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy in valuation of gold articles, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, and promoting financial products is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer operations and familiarity with banking software.
  • Previous experience in gold loan operations and a degree in finance, banking, or related field is beneficial.
