Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Executive TPA. In this position, the individual will handle day-to-day tasks related to Third-Party Administration (TPA) operations. Responsibilities include coordinating with TPA teams, providing detailed documentation and records for insurance claims, assisting patients in claim submission, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims. The Executive TPA will also act as a liaison between patients, hospital departments, and insurance companies to resolve claim-related queries effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in claim documentation, processing, and management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to verify documents accurately.
  • Familiarity with hospital workflows, healthcare insurance, and claim procedures.
  • Time management and problem-solving abilities along with a collaborative working approach.
  • Proficient in using healthcare IT systems for claim submissions and tracking.
  • Relevant experience or certification in hospital administration or TPA operations is an advantage.
