Position: Principal C# Developer

Location: Remote/India

Duration: 6+ Months Contract to Permanent

Budget: 28 LPA

Key Responsibilities: -

Technical Leadership: Drive architecture, design, and development of mission-critical systems using C++, C#, any front-end technologies, and Azure. Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers across the team.

  • End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of feature lifecycles

design, development, testing, deployment, and support

ensuring quality and scalability.

  • Hands-on Development: Be deeply involved in coding, especially in C++, and contribute to complex backend and frontend features across the stack.

  • Code Quality and Best Practices: Champion Test-Driven Development (TDD), clean coding, and modern software engineering practices. Lead code reviews and enforce high standards.

  • System Reliability and Monitoring: Ensure the availability and performance of production systems.

Drive the resolution of issues with minimal downtime.

  • DevOps and CI/CD: Leverage GitHub for version control and participate in continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering leadership to align business goals with technical deliverables.

  • Innovation & Technical Direction: Evaluate and introduce new tools, technologies, and methodologies that improve software quality, performance, and developer productivity.

Required Qualifications: - 10–13 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on C++(must-have) and C#.

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies including any front end technologies , , NPM, Webpack, etc.)

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native application development.

  • Strong expertise in SQL Server for designing and optimizing relational databases.

  • Hands-on experience with GitHub and modern CI/CD practices.

  • Solid understanding of TDD, unit testing frameworks, and automated testing strategies.

  • Demonstrated ability to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions.
