We are looking for a skilled Kafka Administrator with deep expertise in
Apache Kafka (KRaft), DevOps tools, and RabbitMQ (Quorum Queue)
. The ideal candidate should have strong experience across distributed systems, messaging infrastructures, automation, and cloud environments.

Kafka Skills (KRaft)

  • Deep understanding of
    Apache Kafka architecture
    , components, and data-streaming concepts.
  • Versions worked on:
    Enterprise 7.x, KRaft 4.x
  • Proficiency in
    Java or Scala
    programming languages (optional).
  • Experience with
    Kafka APIs
    – Producer, Consumer, Streams, Connect.
  • Strong knowledge of distributed systems including
    partitioning, replication, and fault tolerance
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Linux/Unix
    , networking, monitoring/logging, and cloud platforms (optional).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in
    setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting Kafka clusters
    .

DevOps Skills

  • Expertise in
    CI/CD pipelines
    and version control (
    Git
    ).
  • Knowledge of automation technologies such as
    Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform
    , etc.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization:
    Docker, Kubernetes
    .
  • Familiarity with
    AWS, Azure, GCP
    (optional).
  • Understanding of
    Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
    and configuration management.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages:
    Python, Bash, Ruby
    , etc.
  • Knowledge of monitoring & logging tools:
    DynaTrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
    .

RabbitMQ Skills (Quorum Queue)

  • Experience in
    RabbitMQ setup, maintenance, clustering, and monitoring
    .
  • Proficiency in scripting/automation using
    Bash, Python
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    message-oriented middleware
    and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and
    containerization (Docker)
    .
  • Understanding of
    RESTful APIs and integrations
    (good to have).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exposure to related technologies like
    Redis, Celery, NoSQL databases
    .
