Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the complete accounting operations for multiple company accounts. This role requires a team leader, guiding the accounts team and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all accounting functions, including financial reporting, reconciliation, budgeting, tax compliance, and presenting monthly financial reports to the management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department of multiple companies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to the management.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Supervise the accounts team & assign tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, statutory regulations, and accounting standards (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Coordinate with external auditors & tax consultants.
  • Cost control across all companies.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely reconciliation.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in managing accounts for multiple companies is preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles & tax laws.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Odoo)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
